Live · CRMLS feed

The numbers, published while they are still small.

This is the live performance record of SantaClaritaOpenHouses.com, the engine every market build is modeled on. Nobody in real estate lead generation shows you this page. That is exactly why it exists.

Live market coverage

Pulled from the CRMLS feed the engine runs on, at the moment you loaded this page.

The engine's public search history begins in July 2026, when the current build went live. Publishing a trailing-28-day number before 28 days of data exist would be a made-up number, so this section stays empty until it is real. First full reporting window closes mid-August 2026.

Why publish a scoreboard this early?

Because every lead-generation company in real estate shows you a polished case study and hides the raw feed. You have all seen the same deck: a screenshot of one good month, a testimonial with no last name, and a cost per lead that nobody will put in a contract.

This engine is new. The build is real, the data is live, and the results record is short. Those are three separate facts and they all get published. When the closings arrive, they land on this page with the date they happened. When something underperforms, that lands here too.

A broker deciding whether to hand a market to an operator deserves to watch the numbers accumulate in the open rather than take a promise on faith. That is the whole product philosophy, and this page is where it either holds up or does not.
